ROZEDES

The Greek Treat - ROZEDES is the traditional version of the confection. Its recipe has its roots in the Greek islands of Aegean. The confections are "pear" shaped and delightfully combine almond and rosewater, all sprinkled with a white coating of powdered sugar. It's unbelievable how much flavor can fit into such a tiny sweet.
